About Me

Award Winning Personal Stylist and Make Up Artist in Leeds, York & Harrogate
Voted the Influencer of The year 2023 at the fashion as a Force For Good Awards I have 17 years experience in the fashion and makeup industry working closely with a wide range of clients for different occasions and lifestyles.

I trained as a Personal Stylist with London College of Fashion and having worked as a Store Manager for fashion retail brands French Connection and Jigsaw I have extensive industry knowledge that I am able to share with you. 2023 will be my sixth year running my own business as a freelance personal stylist and I couldn’t love what I do more!

My motto is ”Choose Well, Wear More, Waste Less”. The fast fashion industry is having a detrimental impact on the environment and with so many unwanted or ‘worn once’ clothing ending up in landfill each year, my aim is to ensure that I am educating my clients on how to make the right choices for them. Once we have an understanding of where we are with our style and which direction we would like to go, along with what suits our colouring, body shape and lifestyle – navigating the shops will be much easier and more enjoyable.  This leads to making better choices, feeling more confident about ourselves and ultimately getting more wear out of our clothes while nailing our signature style.

In the past I have worked with clients shopping for the perfect capsule day to day wardrobe, the dream wedding outfit, returning to work from maternity leave, starting a new job in a corporate environment and young styling for proms and bridesmaids. I also have experience in styling catwalk shows, public speaking, charity and styling events and photo shoots and in recent years have collaborated with York Fashion Week seasonally.

I am a qualified Make Up Artist and have experience working on fashion shoots for Toni & Guy, ITV’s The Royal, bridal fashion shows, weddings, proms & theatre.

Growing up watching The Clothes Show Live with my mum as a child kicked off my love for fashion. Apparently I was very particular about what I would wear – if the fabric wasn’t soft and good quality I wasn’t interested! My mum has always had great style and growing up she bought a lot of her clothes in charity shops and supermarkets which taught me that you don’t have to spend the earth to look good, you just need to know how to put pieces together and what suits you. So if you are feeling a little lost and underwhelmed with your wardrobe, have lost your sense of style or need a confidence boost this is where I can help. Let me take the stress out of shopping and together we can get you on the right tracks and loving what you are wearing.
