Where to start with the praise!
Not really knowing what to expect from a “wardrobe audit” and being a little fearful if honest, I mean I’d clung on to these things for years!
Laura’s energy and gentle but firm guidance on how to “let go”, was, I can honestly say, the most freeing of experiences, way beyond just the clothes.
Following it up with a planned shopping trip, I had the most amazing day and really felt like I was on a girlie shopping day with a friend rather than a mission to reclaim some style and confidence. The latter was a very happy bi-product of a genuinely enjoyable and dare I say it, effortless afternoon of trying on outfits (not so much for poor Laura doing all the running around ). Trust me, shopping hasn’t been a joy for me for a number of years now and certainly not when looking for trousers. I grump around determined to go home with something, try, grump a bit more, buy and then spend the next weeks re-looking at the purchase wondering “what the heck! ….” then giving them away or worse still hoarding.
I can honestly say, I love ALL of my new outfits!!
Laura achieved for me my dream of “gliding into a room, my clothes smiling as I go”, be it formal or fun, we had it covered.
Laura is an absolute delight, her sunny, infectious personality and unbelievable eye for style has given me a new lease of life. She is a true professional at understanding an individuals personal look and what will work for them.
I can’t thank her enough for the positive changes this has made to my life.

Wanting to look my absolute best for my son’s wedding and not knowing where to start, I consulted with Laura and had a wonderful day shopping in Manchester. With Laura’s patience and advice as to what would look best for me the end result was just what I wanted. My outfit was different to any style I would have even looked at but I felt ‘a million dollars’ and with so many compliments from guests on the day I felt confident and able to enjoy every minute of a very special occasion.

When I needed an outfit for my daughters wedding Laura came go the rescue.
Armed with the knowledge that I was petite and found it hard to find clothes that didn’t swamp me – my likes and dislikes – favourite colours and understanding that my knees were my pet hate we hit the town!
She was great fun to shop with but very professional and certainly knew what she was talking about and encouraged me to try on outfits and dresses I might have ignored normally – by the afternoon she had done it!
I found the perfect dress and styled with a new bag, fab shoes and accessories I felt and looked a million dollars -my husband was bowled over and I was very happy .

I’m a mum of two, I was going back to work after being on maternity, had totally lost my way with fashion as I had been breastfeeding. My wardrobe consisted of baggy shapeless easy access clothes, so I asked Laura to guide me. She was fantastic, took me slightly out of my comfort zone, made me try things on which I wouldn’t have usually picked and made me realise you don’t have to be mumsy just because you’ve had kids! Highly recommend to anyone who feels out the loop.

Having had 12 months off with my baby, Like most new mums I was dreading going back to work but I also felt slightly depressed that I was going to wear my old work clothes when I returned. Laura and I discussed beforehand what I felt I needed to liven up my wardrobe, i have a habit of buying navy and black for work but wanted to get away from this. Laura advised me of the colours that are really popular this spring/summer but understood that as someone with blonde hair, certain colours wouldn’t work on me. Laura kindly did some research prior to the day to get a feel for what I like by sending me some images of clothes. On the day, Laura had a good idea of what shops to go to given my budget and the styles I was looking for. At times she had a handful of clothes for me to try on, a mixture of tops, skirts, trousers, shoes, jumpsuits, gilets, I had never taken 20 items to the Zara changing rooms before! As someone who isn’t very daring when it comes to clothing, I trusted Laura’s opinion as I knew she really thought about what items would suit me but yet were current and up to date. I also picked up some useful hints and tips during the day i.e. if your budget isn’t massive, see what current trends are out there by going to the higher end, more expensive stores and then go to the more cheaper high street stores to get similar items, as the cheaper stores are influenced by the more expensive stores. In addition, Laura also advised that it is good to invest a bit more money if possible in classic, timeless items as these will never go out of fashion, and to also mix these items with something a bit more on trend, but try to avoid wearing a full outfit which is full on trendy as it is likely to go out of fashion quickly. I thoroughly enjoyed the whole experience, I felt it was extremely worthwhile and feel so much better going back to work in some new clothes.
